Helpdesk

Unfortunately, Google doesn’t have the explanation to every tricky question out there (we wish), but in the Education Finance field -  we certainly do. For an annual fee, your academy will receive unlimited access to all EduFin staff enabling you to make any enquires relating to finance and finance systems.

A teacher may email us asking how to put an order on. Or perhaps someone in IT would like to know how to give a user access to the finance system? You may want to know about running a period end or creating a bespoke report, the list is endless, and whatever the query we will have answer. In the past we’ve even helped rebuild crashed servers from scratch when academy’s had no one to turn to. We’re here to assist, advise and be a reliable source of knowledge for when something doesn’t quite make sense.

If you are a multi-academy trust; we can help by offering a Central-only Helpdesk. This gives three named-users access to the Helpdesk, allowing the users to then filter the queries from the academies and pass on any queries that they can not answer.

 As an add-on, EduFin offer a System Admin Helpdesk. With this option, EduFin ensure that all users are created, maintained or removed as per your requirements. If you need to add a user, change a users' access, maintain the chart of accounts in your system, this will all be covered.
